Steps in Making Agro Millet Laddu

1) Dry roast the 1kg Ragi/foxtail/mixed millet flour until it turns aromatic & slightly darker in color.

2) In the same pan on a low flame, add 1/2 cup of grated jaggery & 2-3 tablespoons of water for creating a syrup.

3) In another pan, heat 1/4 cup of ghee. Add 1/4 cup of chopped nuts & fry them until they turn golden brown.

4) Place the laddus on a plate or tray, let it cool & store in an airtight container.

5) While the mixture is still warm, grease your hands with a little ghee & start shaping into small, round laddus.

6) Pour the jaggery syrup into the bowl & mix everything thoroughly.
